Charles Frazier Stanley (born September 25, 1932) is Pastor Emeritus[1] [two] of First Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, afterward serving every bit senior pastor for 51 years.[iii] He is the founder and president of In Touch Ministries, which widely broadcasts his sermons through television. Charles Stanley has a daughter named Becky, whom Stanley has occasionally mentioned in his sermons.[ commendation needed ] Stanley's son, Andy, is the pastor of Due north Point Community Church building in nearby Alpharetta, Georgia.[ citation needed ]
